Run every sales channel from one panel

TicariHub is a web-based platform (SaaS) for e-commerce sellers in Türkiye. It brings orders from marketplaces and web stores, stock, shipping and the legally required Turkish e-invoices together in one panel.

What TicariHub does

Sellers in Türkiye usually sell on several marketplaces and on their own web store at the same time, and every sale needs a Turkish e-invoice. TicariHub connects these systems so that the seller can work in one place.

All orders in one list

Orders from marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Pazarama, PttAVM and Çiçeksepeti, and from web stores such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Ideasoft, Ticimax and Magento, are imported automatically into one order list.

Turkish e-invoices

Every sale in Türkiye needs an e-invoice (e-Arşiv or e-Fatura). TicariHub prepares it from the order and sends it through the seller’s own e-invoice provider account (currently Kolaybi or Uyumsoft). The invoice is issued in the seller’s name; TicariHub is not the issuer.

Stock

Stock quantities can be sent to the connected sales channels when stock changes in TicariHub, which helps the seller avoid overselling.

Shipping

Shipments can be created with the seller’s own carrier account (for example Aras, Yurtiçi, MNG, PTT Kargo, Sürat, HepsiJET, UPS, DHL or FedEx), and tracking numbers are reported back to the sales channel.

Bookkeeping basics

Customer accounts, incoming e-invoices, cash and bank accounts, expenses and profitability reports for the seller’s own business.

Amazon integration

TicariHub connects to the seller’s own Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). It works with Amazon Türkiye, Amazon Europe (Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden and Poland) and Amazon in the Americas (United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil). Each connection works with one marketplace.

  • Secure connection

    The seller grants access in Amazon Seller Central. TicariHub never asks for the seller’s Amazon password; the access token that Amazon issues is stored encrypted.

  • Order import (Orders API)

    Amazon orders, with their items, amounts and currency, are imported automatically into the seller’s order list next to the other channels.

  • Buyer details for the invoice and the shipping label

    Turkish law requires the buyer’s name and address on the invoice. Once Amazon approves our restricted (PII) role, TicariHub requests the buyer name and shipping address with a Restricted Data Token, only for the seller’s invoice and the seller’s own shipment. Until then, orders still import and the buyer name stays masked.

  • Stock updates (Listings Items API)

    TicariHub can update the seller-fulfilled quantity of the seller’s Amazon listings when stock changes. In Europe and the Americas, listings sold only through FBA are skipped.

  • Product list (Reports API)

    The seller’s listings (SKU, title, price, quantity, ASIN) are read from the merchant listings report so they can be matched with the seller’s products.

  • Shipment confirmation (Orders API)

    When the seller ships an order with their carrier, the carrier and tracking number are confirmed on Amazon.

  • Invoice upload (Feeds API)

    The issued invoice PDF is uploaded to the Amazon order for Amazon Türkiye and Amazon Europe. Amazon does not offer this upload in the Americas.

How we use Amazon data. Amazon data is used only to fulfil the seller’s own orders and to issue the Turkish tax invoices the law requires. It is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing. Buyer personal data is encrypted in our database and deleted automatically at most 30 days after the order ships. Plans are billed monthly or yearly. A subscription can be cancelled at any time; it then ends at the end of the paid period.
