Terms of Service
An English summary of the TicariHub Terms of Use: the agreement that applies when you use TicariHub, and the obligations of both sides.
Last updated · June 2026
01Parties and subject
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are made between the business named on our contact page (the “Service Provider”) and the user who registers on the platform (the “User”). They set out the terms for using the TicariHub platform. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms.
02The service
TicariHub is a bridge (intermediary) service that connects marketplaces and e-commerce channels to e-invoice providers and manages the order and invoice flow. Invoices are issued through the User’s own e-invoice provider account, with the User’s company details. The Service Provider is not the party that issues the invoices.
03Account and security
The User is responsible for keeping their account details confidential and for all actions taken through their account. We recommend not sharing login details with anyone, using a strong password and turning on two-step verification. If the User notices any unauthorised use, they must tell the Service Provider immediately.
04User obligations
The User agrees to use the service in line with the law in force, is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, and must not infringe the rights of third parties. Using the service for illegal purposes, in a way that threatens the integrity of the system, or to gain unauthorised access is forbidden.
05Fees and free trial
The 14-day trial does not require credit card details. When the trial ends, charges start according to the subscription plan the User chooses. Current prices are published on the platform. The User can cancel the subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees for past periods are not refunded.
06Service continuity and maintenance
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption and securely. Temporary interruptions may still happen because of planned maintenance, updates, or causes outside the Service Provider’s control (such as outages of third-party services or force majeure). Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
07Limitation of liability
TicariHub is an intermediary service. The Service Provider is not liable for errors, delays or outages caused by the systems of marketplaces or e-invoice providers. The accuracy and legal compliance of the content of issued financial documents are the responsibility of the relevant e-invoice provider and the User. In any case, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to the subscription fee the User paid for the relevant period.
08Intellectual property
All software, designs, trademarks and content of the platform belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. The User receives only the right to use the service; this right cannot be transferred or copied.
09Termination
The User can end the Agreement at any time by closing their account. If these terms are breached, the Service Provider may suspend the User’s access or close the account.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it. For users who are consumers, the jurisdiction rules of the consumer protection legislation remain reserved.
